The IS Insurance Solutions team works with business and technology stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions that effectively support the management of ICBC’s insurance operations.

As the Solution Architect Lead, you will have a strong grasp of the technology project lifecycle, and experience working with COTs packages to shape solutions. You have demonstrated experience working effectively at a senior level in a complex cross-functional environment and partnering across technology groups to develop, implement and sustain business solutions.

 

Position Requirements

• 3-5 years of Experience working with agile teams on complex projects in application technical design, planning and implementation.

• Leadership in driving solutions across multi-disciplinary IT team.

• Strong consulting, presentation, collaboration, facilitation skills and project management skills are an asset.

• Previous delivery experience in IT Infrastructure technical design, planning and implementation.

• Ability to work in a complex and structured environment with mature architectural disciplines.

• Exceptional communication skills required to articulate and present complex concepts and ideas, business problems and technical solutions, across a broad range of audiences.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related discipline.

 

Position Information
